How to Order and FAQ

Please place your order via the Shop section.

One you have ordered you will have my address on your confirmation email ( please check your spam box!)

Please send hair/ashes to the address in a small sealed bag if possible. I recommend sending it tracked.

Please remember to include your name or order number.

I need around a 10-15 strands of horsehair or a teaspoon of fur or ashes, in most cases for each item.

Any unused hair, fur or ashes will be returned with you, with your order.

Please try and send fur or ashes to me within a week of placing your order, so that orders can keep running smoothly.

FAQ

❓Can you ship internationally? Yes! Just make sure when you send hair to me it states on your package “temporary importation of
clean horsehair for custom work value £1” and that it’s clean and dry and in a sealable plastic bag.

** Import tax may apply to some countries

❓I’ve heard that some white hairs can become invisible in resin? Yes, this can sometimes happen. The best way to check, is to place a few strands of hair in a glass of water and what you see through the glass is generally what you’ll see in the resin. Therefore if you can still see your hair, there’s a good chance it’ll be fine.

Please Note: Each bead is delicately and individually hand made, so colours, textures and finishes will differ between beads according to hair colour and the texture and colour of different ashes. Occasionally small blemishes can happen despite my best efforts.
