How much ashes are needed?

Only a very small amount of ashes is required, usually less than a teaspoon. Any unused ashes ar4 always returned with your order.

Can ashes be used years after cremation?

Yes. Ashes can be used many years after cremation, provided they have been stored safely and remain dry.

How do I send ashes safely?

Place a small amount of ashes into a sealed container or bag and package securely within a secure envelope. We recommend using a tracked postal service whenever possible.

Will my ashes be kept separate from other orders?

Yes. Every order is carefully labelled and handled individually throughout the entire process to ensure your loved one's ashes remain separate at all times.

Can ashes from more than one pet be included?

Yes. We can often incorporate ashes from multiple pets into a single piece of jewellery.
